big boy!

Since it's spring, I thought it might be a good time to try a shorter haircut for Bryce. So, we went to see Bryce's "ladies" at the hair salon. He loves going there! I guess part of it is because he becomes the center of attention in a place full of women. He also loves Dee (the one who cuts his hair). We always begin every visit there by him stampeding toward her and leaping into her arms!

After Dee finished cutting his hair, she turned him around to the mirror and he immediately got a shocked look upon his little face. His hand shot up to his hair and he said, "I don't look like Bryce anymore." He's actually right, he doesn't! In one haircut, he went from looking like a toddler to looking like a 5 year old. He later recounted the experience to Kim (his babysitter) by saying, "Dee kepted all my hair." Hehe. Mommy misses his longer hair though - so this might be the last time we see it this short for a while!

On a completely random side note, last week Bryce made a serious announcement to me and his Daddy. He looked at both of us and calmly said, "My winkie is a Power Ranger." Hmm...
